What may be retained, and why
Some records are kept for a limited period even after account deletion,
where required for legitimate business, legal, or accounting purposes:
Membership and payment/transaction records — retained as required for financial record-keeping and Lebanese accounting/tax obligations.
Attendance/check-in logs tied to a membership period already billed — retained as part of the transaction history above.
These retained records are kept only as long as legally required and are
not used for any purpose beyond that (e.g. not used to regenerate your
fitness profile or reactivate AI features).
